Delivery details
If items are in stock at time of ordering these will be despatched within 48 hours. Certain items are limited therefore delivery time will be confirmed when order is placed. If order is to be paid by cheque please allow

7 days to clear before despatch.
Gift wrapping
If required please advise at time of ordering. There will be a charge of £2.00 per item.

Postage/insurance
£3.75 will be charged on most orders in mainland UK. Goods will be sent via recorded delivery.

For larger items and overseas orders please telephone or fax for confirmation of delivery charges.

Returns/faulty goods
We hope you are delighted with your purchases however if you do wish to return them please do so within 14 days. We will exchange or refund the total amount provided they are returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please send via registered mail as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. We can only refund for postage if items are faulty.

Prices include VAT at 17.5% and are valid until Oct 2003. We have taken great care to try and ensure that the reproduction of colour and the descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, due to the photographic process some variations may occur.
